Strategic Planning at Melmark

A critical element in creating Melmark’s Strategic Plan for 2022 included the process of defining a cohesive and clearly articulated Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Plan, now fully documented, ongoing, and embedded in the foundation of our strategic plan, and daily operations, explicitly creating monitoring systems for important DEI initiatives.

Senior leaders across all Melmark’s unified State divisions engaged in an in-depth process focused on creating a forward motion plan to guide strategic objectives in the areas of clinical, human resource, professional development, operating, financial, technology, diversity, equity, inclusion and advancement.

The resulting overall organizational Melmark Strategic Plan, 2022, provides clear and thoughtful strategic objectives to carry out Melmark’s mission first vision and mission tied to each core commitment in the present year and the years to come.
